Whether you need full-service support, assistance at a specific stage, or execution on an existing vision — ARTEQUE adapts to your project needs.
Every great art program starts with a clear curatorial vision. Our Art Advisory service pairs your project with an experienced art advisor who understands both the creative and commercial dimensions of large-scale art integration.
We work together to understand your space, brand, and the people who will inhabit it — whether that means a single flagship property or a multi-site portfolio. Whether you need a complete curatorial strategy built from scratch, support for an existing vision, or execution on artwork licensing and branded storytelling, we join the process where you are and adapt our involvement to your goals, budget, and timeline.

Drawing from our Art Library and our art advisors, we offer a selection of artists and artworks aligned with your creative brief — covering both licensed works and original commissions. Clients review and respond through the ARTEQUE portal. From there we move through a second and sometimes third round of refinement, narrowing to a final, dedicated art selection for each individual project. For clients who want more than a collection of images, we develop thematic frameworks and visual narratives — including environmental graphics and seasonal artwork programs — that create cohesion across an entire property or portfolio.

We translate the approved curatorial direction into ready-to-assemble specifications — scale drawings, placement layouts, multi-panel setup plans, and technical documentation for large-format reproduction, backlit graphics, and oversized walls. Architectural coordination with your designers, architects, and general contractors ensures every piece meets electrical plans, material selections, and fire-code requirements. Every artwork arrives sized, produced, and labeled for its exact location.

Art Advisory is designed for clients who want a thoughtful, well-considered art program but do not have an in-house curator or art advisor on their team. If you already work with an art advisor, we are happy to collaborate with them directly — our Art Library is available as a resource for their selection process, our role becomes production and logistics, and theirs remains the creative vision. And if you have already chosen your artworks or have existing graphics ready to go, we can move straight to fabrication and delivery.
Once the curatorial direction is approved, ARTEQUE manages the full production process — from high-resolution file preparation and color profiling to large-format printing, framing, and flat-pack delivery. We coordinate every step so that clients receive finished, ready-to-hang pieces without having to manage multiple vendors. For brands deploying across multiple locations, our National Art Rollout Programs extend this capability to hundreds of sites simultaneously.
We print using dye-sublimation on premium sublimation fabric — color-accurate, fade-resistant, and built to last. High-resolution imaging with precise color calibration captures every nuance of the original artwork. Our UV-protected matte surface eliminates glare and reflection, maintaining clarity and presence under any lighting condition. Print widths up to 15 feet enable large-format pieces that command attention without seams.

Our Silicone Edge Graphic (SEG) system uses polyester fabric finished with a precision silicone edge that presses into an aluminum or wooden channel — pulling the fabric tight and smooth for a clean, frameless look. The fabric is fire-rated, washable, and acoustically functional. Unlike canvas, it is glare-free, capable of uninterrupted large format prints and engineered specifically for the demands of commercial environments: hospitality, healthcare, retail, and corporate.

Structural-grade aluminum extrusions are available in multiple depths and configurations: wall-mounted, freestanding, ceiling-suspended, and single- or double-sided lightbox. The collapsible frame assembles quickly with a minimalist aesthetic that complements any design vision. Standard finishes are silver and black anodized; custom colors are available on request. FSC-certified wooden integrated frames are also available. Once the frame is set up, only the fabric changes when artwork is refreshed, making campaign swaps fast and low-disruption.

Swap the artwork. Keep the frame. Once a frame is in place, the fabric graphic can be refreshed without removing or replacing the underlying system. This gives spaces a practical way to evolve with a new season, campaign, brand moment, or design direction while preserving the original framing investment.

The fabric system can be fitted with acoustic padding, transforming art pieces into functional acoustic panels that reduce ambient noise up to .45 NRC — ideal for healthcare environments, open-plan offices, and restaurants where sound management matters as much as aesthetics. The same aluminum frame system supports backlit fabric graphics for vivid, luminous pieces in lobbies, reception areas, and wayfinding applications. Single- and double-sided lightbox configurations are available for retail, hospitality, and public environments.

Standard aluminum extrusions are available in silver, black, and white anodized finishes. For projects that call for a warmer aesthetic, integrated wooden framing is available as a natural complement to the fabric system. Custom powder coating extends the palette to any RAL or brand color. For premium and heritage environments, we also supply bespoke custom framing options — a variety of profiles, moldings, and finishes crafted to match the design vision of the space.

Lightweight flat-pack shipping eliminates expensive art handlers and reduces damage risk. Standard carriers deliver quickly and affordably — artwork arrives safely and on schedule without the premium price tag of traditional art logistics. Each shipment is labeled by location for large rollouts, with itemized contents and assembly guides included. Our production capacity supports large-scale orders on tight timelines, making ARTEQUE a reliable partner for time-sensitive multi-site programs.

All production uses sustainable materials — recyclable frames, responsible sourcing, and a production model designed to support LEED-certified projects. Every piece is quality-checked before it ships.
For brands with multiple locations — domestic or international — ARTEQUE provides a structured rollout program that delivers consistent, high-quality art programs across your entire portfolio. From a handful of sites to hundreds, across a single country or multiple continents. Every rollout is built on the same fabrication and product system — SEG fabric, modular aluminum frames, and flat-pack logistics — engineered for repeatability at scale.
Through vetted production partners in the United States and Europe, we serve global brands efficiently — reducing cross-border shipping costs, meeting regional specification requirements, and supporting programs that span multiple markets simultaneously.
The program starts with content — either an existing graphics program provided by the client, or a new curatorial direction developed through our Art Advisory process. Where we build the program from scratch, we work with you to define the themes, artist palette, and visual language that will carry across all locations, and translate that into a dedicated client library: a curated, approved collection of artworks and visuals ready for deployment at scale.
The approved content is mapped to the floor plans of each location — specifying which artwork goes where, at what size, and in what format. Floor plans typically come from the client or their architect, and we facilitate the planning process from our side: producing placement layouts, size specifications, and per-location documentation that aligns the art program with each individual build-out.
All artwork is produced through vetted US and European partners under consistent quality controls. Manufacturing close to the point of delivery reduces lead times, lowers freight costs, and minimizes the carbon footprint of international programs. Phased rollout management means production and delivery are coordinated with your construction and opening schedule — artwork arrives when your team is ready for it, whether across ten locations or three hundred. Transparent per-location pricing lets you budget accurately from the start, with volume efficiencies passed on as the program scales.
Every order ships flat-packed and carefully protected — individually packed or in bulk depending on your needs, with location-based labeling and itemized documentation for each site. Our logistics systems are built for the realities of commercial rollouts: tight timelines, coordinated deliveries with general contractors, and multi-site distribution across domestic or international markets.
Our tension-frame systems are engineered for effortless setup by your team — no specialist contractors required, even in occupied buildings. Every shipment includes step-by-step assembly guides tailored to the project. Frames mount quickly, minimize wall impact, and are designed for future artwork refreshes without replacing the frame infrastructure — so you can update a region, a season, or a single site as your program evolves.
A dedicated account manager coordinates production, shipping, and cross-border requirements across the full portfolio. We maintain a complete record of every artwork, artist, and location — supporting brand audits, ESG reporting, and future refresh planning across all markets.
Tell us about your project and we will put together a curatorial direction, a production plan, and a clear timeline — at no cost to you.
